Definitely Riku, when I was watching the anime for the first time, I immediately
thought "I like her" because I really didn't like Risa at the time...
I thought she was a bit of a ditz...
Hm... dunno. At first, when she was like "He's my brother" I was like
yes! an end to the love triangle! (I don't mind them, but I'm glad when
everything is solved) but then he implied that he really wasn't....
Maybe Kaname was adopted or something? I suppose we will just have to wait for
the next chapter....
I'm in the middle of rereading Mansfield Park by Jane Austen. I'd recommend it
to any Jane Austen fan, although it's not quite as light-hearted as some of her
other books (eg Pride and Prejudice, Emma). Interesting story though, I've read
it a number of times.

Ah, so true about how reading manga first makes you hate/dislike the anime if
it's different. I think you're less likely to mind the anime if you watch it
first (this was the case with DN Angel for me), but watching an anime first
sometimes gives you a wrong impression of the manga will be like... eg Fruits
Basket
I suppose it depends on the anime. Stuff like Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! that I used
to like, I now detest. I've been watching Inuyasha for a few years now and I
still occasionally rewatch some episodes. Heck, I'm even reading the manga now
(I heard it might be ending soon).
I would have been about 8 years old at the time. I remember turning on the TV
early in the morning to watch cartoons and wondering why the news was on
instead.
I don't even think there needs to be a question on this. Manga all the way.
(Although I liked some of the songs in the anime, they don't automatically make
it a good story). Tokyo Revelations is going to be a good adaption though
The last anime movie I watched recently was the third Inuyasha Movie, Swords of
An Honourable Ruler or something like that. It was interesting 'cos you got to
find out stuff about Inuyasha's parents even if it wasn't originally in the
manga.
Ah, manga and anime endings.. I always have a thing with them. The mood always
has to be right if it's a special series I've been reading/watching for a while.
Like, no noisy people in the background and stuff.. I like watching them by
myself usually if it's anime.. no people with negative comments etc. Haha, kinda
weird I guess..
Well.. I always used to watch in English, simply because I understood it but
ever since I saw the Fruits Basket anime in Japanese I've been rewatching most
of my anime in Japanese (with subtitles) because I've realised that the voices
are better (original too). The reason I watched Furuba in Jap was 'cos I was
disatisfied with the English voices.. someday I hope to be able to understand
anime in Japanese without the subtitles..someday... Watching it in Japanese is
good 'cos it helps with my learning Japanese.
I agree there probably shouldn't be fillers as, most of the time, they are
usually pretty bad or not that interesting. If a anime is catching up to the
manga, they should stop it for a while and wait 'til it catches up, otherwise
there will just be a whole bunch of useless episodes.

Ah, that's great... that means they'll be released here in Australia too, eventually. Don't really care for dubs though... :P

I'd buy them if I could... but in Australia they're hard to get hold of.

Ah, I've read almost all of CLAMP's manga now. My faves: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, xxxHolic and Cardcaptor Sakura.
I also (surprisingly) liked Tokyo Babylon and I have a soft spot for Clamp School Detectives and Suki Dakara Suki. Kobato is good too...

I like both, as long as it has a good story I will like it, shoujo or shounen, it doesn't really matter.
Maora from Shinshi Domei Cross (The Gentleman Alliance).

Hmm, for captain, Byakuya and vice-captain, Renji.
Haha, I like way too many characters. I like Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, Kagome and Kikyo. Miroku too, when he isn't being such a perv.
it's hilarious.. i love it! my fave character is motoko! however, i think they could tone down a little of the fan service though..
